β€œMy aspiration is always to benefit sentient beings in this life and all of my future lives. Practices like meditation, dream yoga, and contemplation are important because we are usually disturbed by this mundane life. When you leave the mundane life and completely dedicate a period of time to practice, you are completely present, and that period of time creates a naked and pure spiritual adventure. Cultivating Bodhicitta, in particular, wherein one makes the aspiration to benefit all sentient beings and engage in the actions of a Bodhisattva, is powerful in completely eradicating suffering and manifesting joy and bliss not only for yourself but for others.”
