The Sapphire Path to Vitality

A Healing Weekend with Amitayus and Medicine Buddha

Tulku Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche and Dungse Jigme Wangdrak Rinpoche

OCTOBER 4-5, 2025

Ewa Beach, Hawai’i (Oahu)

Step into a sacred space by the ocean, where timeless Tibetan healing meets the aloha of the aina. Over two days, receive the long-life initiation (Tsewang) and life-force retrieval (Tseguk) with the blessings of Tulku Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche and Dungse Jigme Wangdrak Rinpoche.

This is an invitation to step out of the mundane noisy distracting activities of daily life to finally immerse yourself into the sacred. For two days, you’ll be held in a space of healing, honesty, and deep spiritual transmission, guided by two respected Tibetan Rinpoches. These teachings are not quick fixes or self-help trends. They are living wisdom, passed down through unbroken lineages, and meant to be received with sincerity and respect.

At the heart of this retreat are the blessings of Amitayus Buddha, who embodies boundless life and spiritual vitality, and the Medicine Buddha, the great healer of body, mind, and heart. Together, their energies support healing, clarity, and a deeper remembrance of who you really are.

Day One: Long Life Blessing (Tsewang)
We begin with Tsewang, a long-life empowerment from Amitayus Buddha. This sacred transmission clears inner and outer obstacles, strengthens your life force, and supports the unfolding of a life that’s not just long—but full of meaning and light. The Medicine Buddha’s healing field will also be invoked to clear the way.

Day Two: Life Force Retrieval (Tseguk)
On the second day, we’ll receive the practice of Tseguk, a powerful way to call back scattered energy and restore wholeness. Life can wear us down and pull us away from ourselves. This is a chance to come back—to reconnect with your own vitality, groundedness, and purpose. The Medicine Buddha supports this healing on every level.

This is not just about feeling better. It’s about remembering what matters.
About turning toward your own awakening.
And about honoring the sacred opportunity of this life.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring an open heart, a sincere spirit, and a willingness to meet the teachings as they are.

Come rest. Come receive. Come remember.

E komo mai.

What You’ll Experience

This is an in-person retreat. We will gather outdoors under a large tent with the sky above us and the ocean breeze surrounding us. The retreat takes place on the beautiful island of Oahu in Hawaiʻi, held in a peaceful open-air space close to the land and ocean. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the islands, we will sit together in a way that honors both the Dharma and the spirit of aloha through deep respect, compassion, and shared presence.

The land itself becomes part of the practice. The wind, the sun, and the sound of the ocean all remind us that we are not separate from the world around us. The retreat space is simple, open, and filled with intention.

Participants are kindly asked to attend the full retreat from beginning to end. These are complete and sacred transmissions. Receiving them fully supports not only your personal journey but also the collective energy and integrity of the space we are creating together.

The  Teachers

It is a rare and deeply synchronistic moment of tendrel, an auspicious weaving of interconnection, to welcome back to the islands both Tulku Lakshey Zangpo Rinpoche and Dungse Jigme Wangdrak Rinpoche as they come together to teach at Aloha Dharma Retreats. Both are authentic, recognized masters, holders of unbroken pure lineages in the Tibetan tradition and embodiments of living wisdom. Like two streams flowing from a single sacred source, their presence together reflects a profound Dharma brotherhood, free of ego, grounded in humility, and guided by a shared vow to serve. During this retreat, they will expound and share the blessings of the Medicine Buddha and Amitayus—lineages of deep healing, long life, and limitless compassion. Their union, carried on the breeze of aloha, is not only a blessing for our time but a reflection of the timeless truth that true realization moves with grace, harmony, and deep respect for all beings.
